NATIONAL PICKLEBALL LEAGUE (NPL) TERMS OF ENTRY WAIVER

These Terms of Entry ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you and the National Pickleball League ("NPL" or "we") regarding your participation in any NPL event, league, program, court booking or competition ("Event") at the NPL-owned venue located at 29 White St South Melbourne 3205 Victoria ("Venue"). Please carefully read these Terms before participating in any NPL Event.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

a) Acceptance: By participating in any NPL Event at the Venue, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms.

b) Amendment: NPL reserves the right to amend these Terms, with any changes becoming effective upon posting. Your continued participation in any NPL Event constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

2. OUR SERVICE

NPL organizes Events at the Venue and operates it.

3. VENUE WAIVERS AND TERMS

Participants are considered members. Your participation may be subject to additional waivers, policies, rules, or Venue conditions. Failure to comply may result in restricted access.

4. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

You acknowledge inherent risks in sports participation, including property damage, illness, bodily injury, or death. By participating, you release NPL from any liability related to your involvement in NPL Events.

5. MEDICAL EXPENSES REIMBURSEMENT

NPL does not reimburse medical expenses. Participants are encouraged to secure their own insurance.

6. DISCIPLINE

Participants must adhere to the Code of Conduct outlined in the NPL Help Centre. NPL reserves the right to take necessary disciplinary actions, with decisions being final.

7. PHOTOGRAPHY

NPL may use images of your participation for promotional purposes through various media.

8. PRIVACY

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY AT NPL VENUE

By entering the NPL Venue at 29 White St South Melbourne 3205 Victoria, you agree to the following conditions of entry:

All entrants must wear non marking shoes.
High heels of any sort are strictly prohibited. Any damage caused by such footwear will be charged.
Obey all displayed signs and follow staff directions.
No child under 10 allowed without adult supervision.
Actively supervise children and ensure compliance with conditions.
Prohibited items: alcohol, drugs, weapons, glass, and breakable objects.
Note: alcohol may be purchased and consumed onsite from the licenced bar. It cannot be taken offsite or consumed outside of the designated areas.
Only guide dogs allowed; no other animals permitted.
No offensive language or disruptive behaviour.
Do not endanger, obstruct, or damage premises or property.
Use allocated storage for personal property; do not leave unattended.
Obtain consent for camera or recording device use.
Responsible for any wilful or negligent damage caused.
NPL and the Venue are not liable for loss, damage, injury, or death.
Failure to comply may result in refusal of entry or eviction.
Right to refuse entry or evict for any reason, including intoxication.
CCTV in operation throughout the facility.
Note area-specific conditions of entry within the facility.

By participating in any NPL Event at the Venue, you expressly agree to the above Terms and Conditions of Entry.
